About UsGrosvenor Residential enjoys an excellent reputation with students throughout the City. We have been involved in student letting for over forty years and have seen many changes. These changes have included a wide expansion in the availability of letting properties, with a great choice at all price levels coupled with increasing standards. We have been at the forefront of all these changes. All our properties meet all Health and Safety standards. Those properties requiring House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licences have them. All properties have Gas Safety Inspection Certificates (CP12s), Electricity Safety Certificates (NIEEC) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). All these Certificates are available for inspection at our office. We have a dedicated team to ensure a comprehensive service for all our tenants. This includes a helpful office staff, which will help students navigate all issues regarding their new homes. We have an in house Maintenance Team dedicated to the upkeep of all the properties and will in emergencies; provide a seven-day a week, twenty four hour service. We maintain an excellent working relationship with all stakeholders including the City Council, the Universities, the Police and Fire Brigade.
