Grosvenor Residential has a variety of student accommodation in Jesmond, Sandyford and the City Centre.
Our student properties in the city centre are located on Westgate Road and Nun Street. Only a two minute walk from the busy town centre, the Bigg Market and Newcastle Central Station. There are no car park spaces at the either site.
Our Sandyford student homes are all close to shops, pubs and a good regular bus service to the city centre and the coast. All properties have easy on street parking available. All our properties are within a 15-20 minute walk of both Universities.
Our Jesmond student houses & apartments are located in central Jesmond and Jesmond Vale. Most properties, if they don't come with a garage, have on street parking available. A minority of the properties requires parking permits available from the Civic Centre; we can advise on this. Most properties are located within a 5-10 minute walk from Osborne Road/Acorn Road.
